Got a story to tell? You may want to try building a whole book. Teamwork, planning and patience are some of the skills demonstrated by the talented students at Kaw Tay Whee School in creating their book "Walking in Dettah". Kaw Tay Whee is a Kindergarten to Grade six school in the small community of Dettah, in the North West Territories. Every student contributed to this celebration of the seasons and local wildlife. The story is told in both English and the Dene language; the beautiful plasticine artwork brings the words to life. A truly outstanding book. - BR.
