I do a small number of school visits every year. I wish I could do more, but I need lots of time to write and illustrate books.

School and Library Presentations:
A slide show features the process of creating a picture book, the step-by-step construction of a plasticine illustration, and includes reading one or more books. Content is flexible to suit audience age, special needs or interests. Most presentations are one hour, including time for audience questions. Maximum three readings per day. Please budget extra time if there is student artwork on display - I love meeting fellow artists!

Age groups:
Presentations best suit grades two and up, but can be tailored for all ages, including high school.

Audience size:
As many as can comfortably sit, see and hear the presentation.

Required equipment:
Presentations are powerpoint, on a memory stick. I require a laptop, projector and screen. Microphone for large venues.
